With CarTakeBack, arranging collection is quick and easy. After you’ve accepted a quote, your local CarTakeBack branch will contact you to confirm all the details and arrange a convenient time to collect your car, and answer any questions you might have.
We’ll do our best to fit in with you and most scrap car collections are arranged within a day or two of you accepting a quote. Collections usually take place from Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm. But please let us know if you’re in a hurry, or you need us to collect your car outside of these hours.
When we’ve arranged a convenient date to pick up your car, we’ll send you a text or email, to confirm the agreed collection date and time. Plus you’ll get a reminder the day before, if the time no longer suits you and you need to rearrange, this is a good time to let us know.
