Very easy to talk to and agree a valuation for my car, however collection of my car took a bit too long and my car was picked up without my knowledge or pre phone call. I did receive an apology and payment was fairly prompt
Very good initial call with them. It took some time to confirm details and how it all worked. But it worked perfectly in the end. No hassle despite the car being in a very awkward position on the drive. I got the cash on the day and the necessary paperwork a few days later.
It is a good service. Making initial contact was easy and a scrappage quote was quickly agreed. The reason I have gone for 4 stars was the amount of time between the first call and eventual follow up call was a long time.
