If you choose to accept a Quote, you will enter into a separate set of terms (“Service Agreement”) with the Service Provider, whose details we will provide to you. We act as the agent of a network of such businesses (“Service Providers”) which handle the purchase, resale and recycling of cars (“Service”).
Our site and the Service is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

We make use of Google services such as Google Ads and Google Analytics to advertise our services and to measure the effectiveness of that advertising. Part of that service is Google Signals which can associate personal information from your Google account (if you have one and are logged in) with our advertising efforts. No personal information is shared with us, instead it is aggregated before being included in any of Google’s services that we make use of.
We may share your personal information with any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in part 3 of the Irish Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
