Very good Service. Quick contact with the customer, deal the price ,accept and collect. For me was very professional Service. I will high recommend CarTakeBack.
Very simple process and very helpful staff and collection personnel, I was given a collection date and time and both were carried out exactly as planned, thank you
Very easy to talk to and agree a valuation for my car, however collection of my car took a bit too long and my car was picked up without my knowledge or pre phone call. I did receive an apology and payment was fairly prompt
It is a good service. Making initial contact was easy and a scrappage quote was quickly agreed. The reason I have gone for 4 stars was the amount of time between the first call and eventual follow up call was a long time.
Super convenient service. Immediate quote for vehicle and next day follow-up to schedule collection of car. Very accommodating to what worked around me.
