How do I arrange a collection date?

When you've accepted your quote for your car, we'll get in touch with you by phone or email to arrange a suitable time for us to collect your car.

We'll try and contact you as soon as possible, but please allow up to four working hours after you've accepted your quote. If you won't be available during this time, you'll be able to let us know a more convenient time, before you accept your quote. If we haven't been able to get in touch before the end of the working day, we'll try again first thing the next working day.

If you have a preferred collection date in mind, just let us know when you accept your quote and we'll do our best to meet it.
