Does my car need to start and drive?

No, we buy cars that don't start and drive. But we may ask you if your car starts and drives if we believe you could get a higher price for it.

By telling us that your car starts and drives you're declaring that there are no known mechanical problems with the engine or drivetrain (the components between the engine and wheels), the keys are available and there is sufficient charge in the battery and sufficient fuel in the tank to allow us to carry out a test.

If you tell us that your car doesn't start and drive, you'll be given the opportunity to provide further details.
