Coronavirus (COVID-19) Guidance

We are closely monitoring the latest guidance from the Government in relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19). The CarTakeBack Team are all working from home and are available by phone and email.

We are able to safely collect vehicles during the lockdown period. Staff involved in the collection of vehicles have been made aware of the latest social distancing and hygiene guidelines. 

If you have any symptoms and/or are self-isolating, do please let us know prior to the collection date. We recognise the importance of remaining flexible during this time, so should your circumstances change, and you can no longer safely go ahead with an agreed collection date, please give us as much notice as possible (at least 24 hours is ideal).
