Coronavirus (COVID-19) Guidance

We are closely monitoring the latest guidance from the Government in relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19). In response to the announcement on 24th March 2020, we are making changes to our service to ensure that we protect our customers and employees. The CarTakeBack Team are all working from home and are still available by phone and email. During this time, our Customer Services opening hours may vary to those shown, thank you for your patience.

Customers should be prepared for delays to the service, including collections which will only be carried out when safe to do so. Staff involved in the collection of vehicles have been made aware of the latest social distancing and hygiene guidelines. We'll give you as much notice as possible if the local branch needs to delay collection.

If you have any symptoms and/or are self-isolating, do please let us know prior to the collection date. We recognise the importance of remaining flexible during this time, so should your circumstances change, and you can no longer safely go ahead with an agreed collection date, please give us as much notice as possible (at least 24 hours is ideal).

We're not currently offering the option to drop your car off at our local branches, in line with Government restrictions regarding leaving your home.
